Who's that redhead behind the camera?
Your Family and Headshot Photographer, Serving the Pacific Northwest!
Hi, friends; my name is Cecilia Adalynn. The only red curl photographer here!
My journey Becoming a professional Artist.
As a kid, I picked up my first camera chasing sunsets with my mom, which led to my involvement with the middle school yearbook team. I started getting serious about photography as I pursued the Running Start program. I was scouted for my film creations. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Art Photography and Design from The Art Institute of Portland, I spent five years (during and after college) with Lifetouch Portraits. Then, I founded my own photography business in 2018 with a strong desire to inspire the spark in those I work with.
Why should you invest in your portraits through Cecilia Adalynn Photography, not a DIY option?
Stunning Images - your portraits will reflect the joy and connection in your family and allow you to preserve your most memorable memories. Your investment becomes a living testament to the love and laughter shared among your loved ones. Selfies cannot give you a luxury experience where the details are taken care of.
Exceptional Experience - you'll have attentive assistance from an experienced professional from the moment you book your session to the delivery of your portraits (and beyond) to ensure a comfortable, effortless experience.
Heirloom Artwork - Cecilia will transform your photos into stunning art pieces to enjoy and share. No need to guess how to use your images! Each portrait is carefully curated, crafted, and designed to authenticate your family's story. Your family portraits should stand the test of time. Cecilia and her team use high-quality materials for prints and albums, ensuring your memories remain vibrant and intact for generations.
Five of My Favorite Things (other than my kids and photography)
1. The color Yellow (and gold)!
This color has been my favorite since I was a kid- seriously! It ALWAYS finds me and brightens my day.
2. Gardening and being outside
Digging in the dirt, especially with friends (many hands light work), Is so rewarding for me. I grow many flowers and already have lettuce and watermelon sprouts this year... yay!
3. Snail mail Cards
Emails and texts are okay, but handwritten notes make a heartfelt difference.
4. Natural Solutions
Can you say I'm somewhat of a hippie? I do what I can to prevent harsh chemicals in my home (cleaning to a good beat is rewarding for me).
5. Frosted Animal cookies
It's good that I'm a family portrait photographer because I can speak kids' language for happy smiles- frosted crackers with sprinkle dots!
